Localise content with Hub

Use case: Market localises global campaign e-mail.

1. Click the Email builder to start content localization.

Use your Content Hub in Shaman to support efficient localisation of content across the organisation. In this use case, a global team already created a new, global campaign email including editable images. Now a local user wants to create their own version of this template.

Click the Email builder to start.

2. Go to the Content Hub

Switch to the Hub to browse ready-to-use email content, both from global and from other markets.

3. Click Original language: Spanish

Shaman autotranslates and summarizes local content into English, so all markets can easily find it and reuse it. To see what I mean, check Spanish as original language.

4. Click to preview

You found an email with spanish as original language - as you can see its translated and summarized already

5. View in English

Click to view in English

6. Lets search now for relevant content.

The content Hub is empowered with Semantic search to make sure users find the content they need - across languages.

7. Click to preview.

Click to preview the full design and content.

8. Lets make a duplicate.

Thats exactly the email I need! Let’s create a duplicate so we can start localizing it.

9. Add a name

10. Select the language

11. Choose auto translate

Use our AI translation feature for quick adoptation across multiple languages.

12. Include editable visuals.

Shaman doesn’t just translate the HTML content for you. With the Shaman Visual Builder, you can also auto translate and adapt images and graphics for your local email versions. Pretty great, right?

13. Lets localize!

Click Duplicate and translate to start the localisation.

14. The duplicated content is now available in German and ready for further localization.

15. Preview the inbox preview.

Shaman did also translate the subjectline and preheader. Lets click to preview the first impression.

16. Go to Design.

Switch to the Design tab to further edit the email, fine-tune translations and visuals.

17. Show original language

As you can see the entire email translated, including all images. You can review the translation against the original language.

18. Let's edit the image

19. Go to the Visual Library

Go to the visual library

20. Open Visual Builder to edit selected image.

In the Visual Library, you can select both global and local images and icons from Shaman or Veeva DAM. Images created in the Shaman Visual Builder—like the one selected—can be edited directly from here.

21. Click the text area.

You are now in the Shaman Visual builder. Here you can edit different layers like text, images and shapes. Artwork can be originally imported via PDF. To edit the text, click the text area.

22. Make edits

Select text you want to highlight. Next change color.

23. Go to Export

Go to export image

24. Update image

Click to generate a new image and update it in the visual library.

25. Back in Email: Click to replace

Close the Visual Builder tab. Back in the visual library, you now click replace to swap the old hero image with the one you just created.

26. Add your local footer

Almost ready! Lets add a local footer

27. Choose a footer

Choose a local footer with all the correct regulatory requirements prefilled.

28. Great work — you’ve just built a powerful email designed to make a real local impact.
