Log in

Open the Shaman App by clicking the icon on the home screen of your iPad or Windows tablet. At the next step, you will be required to give in your Shaman credentials.

If you log in for the first time, you should have already received a welcome email containing your login email (usually the company email) and a link to set up your password.

Can't find the email?

Make sure to check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find the welcome message, please, contact the Shaman Administrator in your company who can help you further.

Keep in mind!

For a successful login, your device must be connected to Wifi with access to the internet.

As long as you don’t log out, Shaman will store your username and password so you can directly access the App at any given time.

For iPad:

1. Open the Shaman App

Tap on the icon to open the App.

2. Give in your credentials

Enter your email address, password, and account name to the designated fields. Click sign in.

3. Let presentations and settings download

Your presentations and company settings must download before the first use. This will take a while depending on the number of presentations that have to be downloaded.

Good to know!

After downloading presentations for the first time, you can access them in the Shaman App even without a Wifi connection.

Let the company settings download as well. When the download is complete, click on “Continue” to enter the Shaman App.

The App now is ready to use, you can start presenting!

For Windows or Mac:

1. Open the Shaman App

Tap / double click the icon to open the App.

2. Give in your credentials

Enter your email address, password, and account name to the designated fields. Click sign in.

 

3. Let presentations and settings download

Your presentations and company settings must download before the first use. This will take a while depending on the number of presentations that have to be downloaded.

After downloading presentations for the first time, you can access them in the Shaman App even without a Wifi connection.

The App now is ready to use, you can start presenting!

Log out

Open the menu by clicking on your name, then select the sign-out option. The next time you log in the newly added presentation will be downloaded. So the log-in process won’t take as long as the first time.

Do you need to share your tablet with your colleagues?

Then make sure you log out after every session. That way, all the right contacts will be available when sending the online handout, and the collected meeting-data won’t get lost.

iPad:

1. Tap your name at the left upper corner of the screen. Select “Sign out”

2.  Select “Sign out” again

Windows/Mac:

1. Click on your initials at the left bottom corner of the screen

2. Select “Log out”
