Presentation overview
The presentation overview is the page that you see right after logging in to the Shaman App. Here you can see all your presentations in an overview. This page shows you the covers of all presentations that have been published to your user account.
iPad:
Windows / Mac:
Presentation menu
Long tap on a presentation cover to open the presentation menu options. This menu is basically the control panel that lets you take different actions with presentations.
iPad:

Present: Click to start a live presentation. Your meeting data will be recorded and synced with the Cloud.
Prepare: Click to practice for a presentation. Take a look at and scroll through the slides without keeping track of the statistics.
Screen Share: Click to present on multiple iPads at the same. The screen is shared via WiFi or Bluetooth with devices that you bring to the presentation.
Share: Click to send a handout directly to your client or prospect. Handouts can be sent in an online or PDF version.
Re-download: Click if you can’t update or if you experience any trouble with accessing the most recent version of the presentation slides.
Online meeting: Click if you want to start an online meeting. This option will redirect you to Shaman Cloud where you can start the meeting.
Windows / Mac:

Present (play): Click to start a live presentation. Your meeting data will be recorded and synced with the Cloud.
Prepare (clock): Click to practice for a presentation. Take a look at and scroll through the slides without keeping track of the statistics.
Web screen share (arrows): Click to share content and present on multiple devices like smartphones, tablets, or computers. This is a bring-your-own-device feature, so you can use any device that your clients bring to the meeting.
Re-download (cloud): Click if you can’t update or if you experience any trouble with accessing the most recent version of the presentation slides.
Share handout (mail): Click to send a handout directly to your client or prospect. Handouts can be sent in an online or PDF version.
