Default Handout Email
Shaman Cloud → Settings → Email
It is possible to customize the message of a default email in which the Handout is sent.
Go to the “Settings” from the homepage of Shaman Cloud, then select “Email”.
On the following page you customize the message in a text-box and adjust the general email settings.

Click in the boxes to enter text. Add the subject and the body of the email.
The body of the email must contain a name field, where the client name entered by the account manager can be automatically added. Indicate this by adding “ [name] “ to your greeting.
Send User Email Notifications
When online handout is viewed: No
Select “Yes”, if you want the account manager to receive an email when the handout is view by the client or prospect.
When presentation is updated: No
Select “Yes”, if you want the account manager to receive an email if the presentation is updated.
When revoked from a presentation: No
Select “Yes”, if you want the account manager to receive an email when the presentation is revoked.
When subscribed to a presentation: No
Select “Yes” if you want to account manager to receive an email when a user is subscribed to a presentation.
