When signing in Shaman - either in ShamanCloud (shamancloud.com) or the ShamanApp on your device, you need to enter your account (former: company) name.

The Shaman welcome email you received, includes your account name. Go to your inbox and search for 'Welcome to Shaman' as subject line.

Can't find the email anymore? Please send an email to support@getshaman.com from your business email and include your company name and department.
