Here at Shaman we are seriously excited about 2023 and all of the amazing content that we´ll see pass through the Shaman virtual doors. We are so excited in fact, that we've created a new monthly feature to praise our most masterful Shaman users.
We´re calling this new accolade: Shaman Hero.
How does one define a Shaman Hero? In our books, we would say someone who creates innovative and engaging content that inspires their colleagues, someone that knows all of the tricks and shortcuts available in Shaman, and most importantly, the perfect person to offer practical tips and advice from their own experience on how to save further time, money and energy when creating content in Shaman.

Adrian oversees activity and content created in multiple Shaman accounts and has been involved in the creation of both CLM and email content for over ten years. We can't think of a better candidate to kick off the 2023 Shaman Hero series!
My name is Adrian Duprey and I´m a Product Owner at Novartis - Digital.
My role consists of managing content creation for both CLMs and Approved Email (across multiple accounts).
I´m based in Germany.
Tell us about your workflow process before Shaman
Before using Shaman we had a big internal team that was responsible for the manual upload to Veeva Vault.
How did Shaman change that?
Now nearly everything is synced to Veeva Vault using a direct interface - which is really fast and efficient.
In addition, the combination of a solid self-service platform and a strong product support team saved me weeks of time managing the product.
What do you like most about Shaman?
Shaman is designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry and for Veeva, so it is very specialized and very powerful.
On a scale of 1-10, how easy is it to use Shaman?
8 - we really profit from the self-service style of the tool.

9 - our time to market has improved dramatically

Looking to the future
How do you see the Pharma industry in the future in terms of Omnichannel and HCP interaction?
The need for digital omnichannel interactions will increase in the future, we will have to be ready to adapt to the new customer needs.
What do you think will be the biggest trend for multichannel content?
Definitely personalization.
What will be the focus of multichannel content in your team in the next 12 months?
Faster content creation and segmented content.
What features would you like to see implemented in Shaman?
Pushing content straight to live from Shaman would really help speed up our workflow process even further. Restricted email editor.
