Which users can view the analytics dashboard?

You can choose which users in an organization can have access to the dashboard with an easy to use toggle in the user profile (within the user management section of Shaman). Simply activate the toggle to allow access to the usage analytics dashboard.

You need to have a “User manager” profile in Shaman to access the user management section. If you have any doubts about your profile in Shaman, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager or our support team.

What is the difference between a TA and a country?

A TA is a therapeutic area such as Cardiology or Neuroscience. A single country eg. Germany can have multiple therapeutic areas (eg. Shaman Germany Cardiology, Shaman Germany Neuroscience).

Is it possible to view statistics from previous years?

You can access statistics dating back to as long as your Shaman account has been active. Select the date range desired using the “Date range” search filter.

Can I export usage analytics from Shaman?

Yes, when you hover over any statistic, in the top right corner you will see three vertical dots to select “Menu options”. When you click this icon, two further options will appear. Choose the “Export to CSV” option to download the CSV directly to your computer.
