How to login to Shaman

Logging in to Shaman is as easy as 1,2,3.

Below we show you everything you need to know about accessing your Shaman account, whether it’s your first time or you need help resetting your password.


First time logging in

You are automatically sent a welcome email when your Shaman account gets created. This email has your account name and a link that you can use to set up your own password.

It also includes a link to use to access your account for subsequent logins, we recommend you to bookmark or save this link in your browser to save you time in the future.


Can't find the welcome email?

Try taking a look in your spam folder, or also searching “Welcome to Shaman” in your email inbox. If you still can’t find it, please send an email from your business email and include your company name and department to support@getshaman.com, we will resend it to you no problem.

You can login using the ‘general’ Shaman landing page:

Or alternatively, you can go directly to the login page of your own Shaman account, using the format https://auth2.shamancloud.com/accountname. If your account name has a space, replace this with a hyphen "-" in the url, eg. https://auth2.shamancloud.com/test-account.

Maybe you don't know your account name?

The Shaman welcome email you received, includes your account name. Go to your inbox and search for “Welcome to Shaman” as the subject line.


Resetting your password

If you can’t remember your password, don’t worry! You can easily reset it using the steps below.

  • Go to the Shaman main login page and click on “Forgot your password?”

  • Enter your business email (the one that is registered with us) and your account name.

Great to know!

You can also go directly to the login page of your Shaman account by using the login URL link, with your account name added - https://auth2.shamancloud.com/your-account-name.

If your account name has a space, replace the space with a hyphen "-" in the URL link, as per the example above.

  • You will receive an email within a couple of minutes with a link to reset your password.

If you didn't receive a link? Go back to step 1 and make sure your email and account name are correct. If you do not receive an email after your second attempt, contact us at support@getshaman.com

After you have received the email:

  • Click the link in your email to reset your password.

  • You will be asked to type, and then retype your new password. Once you have confirmed the new password, you will be redirected to the main page of your account.

That's it! The new password has been set, in the future you can use your new password to login to Shaman via your login page.
