My name is Brigita Petraitienė and I´m a Sales Enablement Specialist at Dexcom. My role mainly consists of content creation for both CLMs and Approved Email. I´m based in Lithuania.
Could you tell us how you managed the content creation and upload to Veeva Vault process before you started using Shaman?
Previously we used Veeva BEE editor to create email content, but for us Shaman is more straightforward and therefore easier to use.
In addition, CLM interactivity and navigation have improved significantly thanks to different links and interactive elements available in Shaman. Our content partners are able to build links directly within Shaman and therefore deliver content much quicker.
What do you like most about Shaman?
Shaman allows us to quickly and economically create interactive detail aids that we can share with our sales teams through the Veeva CRM platform. Moreover, the Shaman team is an example of customer-centricity.
What is your favorite feature in the Email Builder and why?
It’s dropdowns and picklists with tokens. The feature allows us to create customized email templates and therefore is much appreciated by our field teams.

If in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask for Help Center support. You’ll save your time and will quickly get confident about using the product. Also, going through the Help Center resources regularly is a great way to get handy tips that you can share with your colleagues.
What handy features do you think are currently missing from Shaman or you would like to be improved?
We’d love to have automated slide naming, where Shaman would pick up slide names from headers within presentation slides. We have raised this with Shaman team, and they are currently looking into it.
What will be the focus of multichannel content in your team in the next 12 months?
Quicker and more efficient delivery of content, content personalisation. Further adoption of Shaman across markets that we operate in.
The human behind the hero
