What are interaction elements?

Interaction elements are a premium feature in Shaman that offer even more possibilities of adding dynamic and interactive content to your presentation. Interaction elements are added on top of existing slides and multiple interaction elements can be added to a single slide.

What interaction elements are available?

Take a look at this extensive list of interaction elements that Shaman has to offer!

  • Video element - Add one or more videos to a single slide in your presentation. Have them loop or play in the background. Learn more

  • Animate in element - Create a compelling short animation that consists of several images (up to 5 images) - each with their own animate effect. Learn more

  • Audio element - Further engage your audience by adding audio files to your presentation. Learn more

  • Compare element - Two images can be selected with the option to swipe between one image to reveal or hide another image. Learn more

  • Live Poll element - Add a live poll that directly engages your client with easily updated questions to a slide within your presentation. Learn more

  • Scroll element - Create a scrollable element for large images (accepted formats: PDF, PNG and JPEG) that won’t fit on a single slide. Learn more

  • Web page element - Include a window with an external web page within a slide in your presentation.

  • Survey element - attach a Veeva survey within a slide of a CLM presentation, allowing reps to access the survey content and capture valuable field insights during a sales call, all without leaving the CLM presentation.

How to add an interaction element to a presentation

All the interaction elements begin with the first two steps.

1) Select the slide to which you want to add the interaction element(s) to by clicking the edit button on that slide or simply by clicking anywhere on the slide

2) From the menu across the top of the screen, click “Add interaction”, then “Add interaction element”.

From here, you can select which interaction element you wish to use by clicking on it. Then find your selected interaction element from the list below to find out more!
